• At HUFS Dorm, all rooms are based on double occupancy (2 students per room). Even if you are assigned a room alone upon initial move-in or during your stay, a roommate may be assigned at any time.
• For safety and inspection purposes, the HUFS Dormitory Operations Team may enter and check the room even if the resident is not present, depending on the situation.
• If a resident violates the dormitory rules during their stay, penalties will be imposed. If the situation does not improve, continued residence in the dormitory may be prohibited.
  • Common violations include:
    • Poor room cleanliness
    • Drinking or smoking inside the room
    • Wearing outdoor shoes inside the room
    • Disturbing your roommate’s basic living conditions (e.g., sleep or rest)
