Residence Fees

• Included in maintenance fee : Cleaning of public spaces (such as staircases), maintenance and on-call repair of malfunctions, internet costs, water bills, etc.
• Excluded in maintenance fee : Gas and electricity bills.
• Deposit : After 6 months, upon check-out, we will inspect the household items to ensure there is no damage and proceed with the return.
