1. Walk me through a general admission process.

• Submit documents online at U-way Apply, and then submit the physical copies to the OIAM by post mail or in person.
• On the first announcement day, check if you are admitted, eliminated, or subject to attend interview. (At this point, 'admitted' means that you are fully admitted to HUFS)
• On the second announcement day, check the detailed information on enrolling process. Those who have attended interview can check if they are admitted or eliminated.

2. I don't have the final transcript from my current institution (high school / university) since I haven't graduated yet. How should I prepare the transcript?

• You can submit the current transcript with translation and Apostille (or Consulate Verification) for the moment. After getting admitted, you must submit the final transcript with Apostille (or Consulate Verification) before your first semester starts.

3. I don't have a diploma from my current institution (high school / university) since I haven't graduated yet. How should I prepare the diploma?

• You can submit a certificate of enrollment, or a certificate of leave of absence, etc. to verify your stance at your current institution. After getting admitted, you must submit the final diploma with Apostille (or Consulate Verification) before your first semester starts.

4. I graduated from a vocational school (or a professional school) in China. Which admission can I apply for?

• A vocational school (or a professional school) graduate can apply as a new student.

5. My school in China is not certified under the Chinese Education Ministry. Can it be replaced with other documents?

  • Diploma: submit either one of the below

    ① Diploma issued in the school(Province(City) Education Office certified+Apostille)

    ② Diploma issued in the Province(City) Education Office(Apostille)

  • Transcript: Diploma issued in the school + submit Apostille version(either in Korean or English)

6. In the ‘Admission & Interview Notification’, my result mentions that I have been accepted to the school. I can not find any information on attending the interview. Do I need to participate in the interview process?
