Dormitory Information

Application Period: Jun 14th(Mon) ~ 18th(Fri)

Dormitory applications during this period are only available to new and transfer students for the Fall 2025 semester.

Current students are advised to refer to the notices on the HUFS Dormitory website.

On Jun 14th (Mon), the dormitory application form will be sent via email only to final admitted applicants.

Dormitory Fee: 1,300,000 KRW (16 weeks)

Period of Residency: Aug 21st(Thu) ~ Dec 20th(Sat), 2025

Check-in: Aug 21st(Thu) ~ 22nd(Fri) 10:00-17:00

If you plan to check in after the designated check-in period, you must inform the OIAM in advance via email.

• Check-in available period: Aug 25(Mon) – Aug 30(Sat), 10:00-17:00
  • If you plan to check in during this period, you must indicate this when submitting your dormitory application.
• Check-in is not allowed on Aug 31 (Sun).

If you check in after the designated period without prior notice, your dormitory application will be canceled in accordance with dormitory regulations, and the dormitory fee will not be refunded.
