1. **Confirmation of Entry in Korea

3. Application of Certificate of Admission(CoA)

• If you need a Certificate of Admission for visa issuance (D-2 student visa), please fill out the application form at the link below by Thursday January 30th, 2025 Certificate of Admission(CoA) is not issued if you apply after application period.

4. VISA Information, ARC Application

• Students who are currently residing outside of South Korea who need Student Visa(D-2) need to apply for Alien Registration Card(ARC) after obtainig D-2 Visa from the Korea Embassy within 9 days from the date of entry into Korea.

• If you are changing from a Language Study Visa (D-4) or any other visa to a Student Visa (D-2), you must apply for the visa change by March 7th, 2025. If you fail, you may result in a penalty fee based on the application date.

• There is no need to change your residence status from F-4, F-5, etc., to D-2

• The International Office is conducting group agency services (online) to facilitate smooth entry and exit procedures for students. It is recommended to apply for a visa through the group agency service. Students who need to apply are advised to check the following guidelines.
